These guys have a ton of competition and there is no way they will be able to survive what these other properties are offering. When asked about any of this the 'VIP Services' just point fingers at each other while trying to get you to upgrade for obscene amounts of money!.

If money is tight you don't start huge billion dollar projects!. And they 'claim' COVID-19 causes prices changes & increases'. I can get as much beer as I want brought to my room but they can't even bring a six-pack out on ice to the pool for their members!. Nothing about bringing canned beer on ice to the pool or trying to do anything to make it right considering how much money people have spent. In the past 12 years we have NEVER been charged for this. They are getting bombed on Travelocity and again show zero concern. We are members and regret ever buying into their ownership program. The hotel room key we have to be very careful because the second you place it next to the phone, it deactivates, and it gets very frustrating when you are staying in a room far from the lobby and the room key is not working because it got deactivated, including the time we make it purposely to the lobby to change the key and we didn’t put it anywhere next to the phone and when we get back to the hotel it deactivated again. But interestingly they call my friend who stayed at the room across from us the next day saying they apologize for the leak, but we were the room with the leak so the whole company feels very disorganized. When we get to our hotel room, the room itself is very large, nice, clean, but there was water leaking out the side of the bathroom, we informed the front desk the first day but we didn’t get a room change, instead they had someone come to dry up the floor but the water starts sipping out again overnight, so we had to use a towel to cover the leaks, but because our stay was short, we did not insist on the room change the next day.
